4 habits that changed my life forever

Taking a shower,
It’s the one thing that we do every day without questioning it,
It’s so easy, and we often overlook its benefits.
Can you imagine neglecting this simple habit?
You’d be so gross and disgusting that nobody wants to be around you.
Just like the necessity of showering for personal hygiene, building the right habits is equally important.
These habits that I’m about to share will bring significant benefits to your life.
So today, I’m going to reveal the four habits that changed my life and how you can easily add them into your life (no matter who you are) and start seeing the results in a short period of time.
But before we start, there’s one important thing to understand.
You need to be willing to give up the desire for immediate rewards and the need for instant gratification.
You’ll face discomfort, it will feel illogical to continue these habits.
However, trust me, sticking to them and building discipline will pay off even more in the future.
The operating system
Our mind is an operating system to our body, without a strong mind, a strong body is a useless flesh.
Think of a smartphone with the latest tech hardware, but its software hasn't been updated.
It's like having all these cool features that you can't really use to the fullest.
Our minds are similar – we have great potential (like the hardware), but if we don't develop a positive mental habit (like updating the software), we can't tap into that potential.
Just as updating a phone's software makes it work better, building a good mental habit lets our minds reach their full potential.
I like to move it
During the hunter-gatherer era, human didn’t sit inside cubicles for 7 hours and spend 1 hour in a metal box a day; instead, they engaged in continuous physical activities essential for survival
Therefore, our bodies are naturally designed for movements, and a lack of physical activity not only impacts our physical health but also has adverse effects on our mental well-being.
By developing a physical habit, not only that it enhances your physical well-being, but it also sharpens and strengthens your mind
Also, nobody wants to look like this 👇️, it just happened because they developed the wrong type of habits.

Life is a multiplayer game
“If you want to go fast, go alone
if you want to go far, go together”
Life is a multiplayer game, it’s possible to win the game by yourself, but it’ll be easier and ten times more fun to play with others.
No matter where you are, it’s important that to have healthy relationships with others around you.
Because who would want to be around a**holes?
Work becomes more enjoyable around the right people
A house transform into a home because you have people who are excited to see you every day.
So build a habit that help you create and nurture these relationships.
Paycheck to paycheck
49% of Americans who earn $100k or more are still living paycheck-to-paycheck— Source
100k a year is a lot of money (assuming you don’t live in a metropolitan area).
How is that almost half of the people who make that much still live paycheck to paycheck?
You’ve probably heard of story about these rags-to-riches then 3 months later back to rags
The majority of lottery winners end up back where they started after experiencing an event rarer than being struck by lightning?
These stories taught us:
Making money is a skill, but keeping and managing that money is a different skill.
This happens because the right money habits haven’t been developed.
The more money they have, the more money they spend, no money left to invest or save.
Even if you are not planning to become ultra wealthy, developing the right money habit is still important to have a fulfilling life.
Simply for survival, you need money to cover food and living costs.
Sh*t happens in life, so you need money for unexpected events.
Money is everywhere, if you neglect building the right money habits, you’ll have a hard time navigating through life.
Develop these 4 habits and I guarantee you, your life will be dramatically different in 6 months:
1) Mental habit
2) Physical habit
3) Relationship habit
4) Money habit
